Energy, Lymphatic, & Cranial Sacral Sessions
Luna is a trained EFI ( Ebb & Flow Integration) facilitator and she integrates color breathing lessons
with massage and bodywork using an awareness of the cranial sacral flow in relationship to the
breath. Energy sessions help you to release emotional and mental patterns stored in your body,
including patterns that may go back to your prenatal, birth, and infant experiences .Lymphatic
sessions help your immune system heal after surgery or illness, and provides regular immunity
maintenance.

AquaLuna Sessions
Imagine receiving an massage session in a heated, indoor, non- chlorinated pool. Water is an
amazing tool for healing and relaxation, and can bring you into a "blissful" experience, which makes
it easier to release stress patterns held in your body. Enjoy floating your way into relief and serenity
with the care of Luna's healing hands.
